Graduated in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Barcelona (2012-2017), she has been part of the IBADE team since 2018.
He has previously worked in the Endocrinology and Nutrition service of the Hospital del Mar in Barcelona, providing nutritional support for hospitalized patients and preparing group sessions of nutritional education for patients with obesity who are candidates for bariatric surgery, training sessions on dysphagia and management of home enteral nutrition.
He currently focuses his interest on the dietary preparation and monitoring of patients operated on for obesity and on specific diets (gluten-free, vegan/vegetarian, and adapted to autoimmune pathologies). Conduct educational group workshops for patients undergoing obesity surgery.
He has a high degree of empathy, professionalism and commitment to coaching and patient motivation. His training in micronutrition and his knowledge of the impact of diet on cell health and disease allow him to design fully adapted and beneficial dietary plans for different pathologies.
